Job Description

Overview We are looking for someone eager to learn or took some welding courses at trade school etc. Join our dynamic team as a Welder Apprentice and kick-start your career in metal fabrication and welding! This paid apprenticeship offers hands-on experience working alongside seasoned professionals on construction sites and fabrication shops. You'll develop essential skills in welding, blueprint reading, and mechanical fabrication while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to learn, grow, and contribute to exciting projects involving metal materials, ductwork, and assembly. Duties Assist with preparing materials and components for welding and fabrication processes Learn to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and mechanical blueprints to ensure accurate assembly Support welding operations using various techniques including
MIG, TIG, FCAW
(Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) under supervision Operate hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers, and shop math for precise measurements Participate in the use of plasma cutting, machining, and sheet metal fabrication to shape and assemble metal parts Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of construction, fabrication, and welding activities Contribute to the assembly of ductwork, metal structures, or fabricated components in accordance with technical specifications This paid Welder Apprentice position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop valuable skills in welding technology while contributing to impactful projects.
