This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, understands quality standards, and wants to be part of a company that values craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement. We support a wide range of industries by delivering high-quality, custom-built equipment and systems. Our team is built on precision, reliability, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. What You'll Do Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and/or Flux Core welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloys Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings Follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) Prepare materials including cutting, grinding, and fitting Inspect welds for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards Verify work meets AWS, ASME, API, and customer specifications Document inspections and complete quality reports Assist with or coordinate NDT testing (UT, MT, PT, RT) Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions Maintain welding equipment and ensure a safe work environment What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of hands-on welding and fitting experience Strong understanding of welding processes and metallurgy Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Knowledge of welding codes and industry standards Experience working in a fabrication or industrial environment Certifications are a plus: AWS Certified Welder Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) ASNT Level II (NDT)
