This position involves MIG and TIG welding aluminum components and structures in vessels ranging from 40'-200'. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented team player who will show up on time, work independently or as part of a team, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Duties Perform aluminum MIG welding on plate seams, extrusions, and pipe Execute vertical and horizontal welds to company quality standards Inspect welds for quality, appearance, and structural integrity Document areas of personally completed work Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Communicate effectively with supervisors, welders, and other fabrication team members Qualifications Proven experience with aluminum welding. Skilled in MIG welding/TIG welding. Ability to repeatably show up on time. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, welding machines, plasma cutters, and heavy equipment.
