AM Starting Pay:

$26.00/hour DOE Responsibilities Set up welding machines and equipment based on production requirements Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel components Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Fit and weld components according to specifications Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions, grooves, and angles Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with production team members to meet quality and productivity goals Qualifications 2+ years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience preferred Experience welding steel, aluminum, and/or stainless steel Ability to read and interpret blueprints Basic math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail and quality Welding certifications are a plus High school diploma or GED preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent bending and kneeling Ability to independently lift up to 50 lbs.
