Job Description
Adecco is seeking an Experienced Welder to join our Skilled Labor team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this on-site role, you will interpret blueprints, perform MIG/TIG/stick welding, and fabricate or repair metal components to precise specifications. You'll inspect welds for quality and safety, maintain equipment, and collaborate with a diverse, supportive team. Responsibilities Interpret blueprints and welding symbols to fabricate and repair metal components Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and related tools Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on various metals to specified tolerances Inspect welds for quality, strength, and compliance with safety and manufacturing standards Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout procedures Collaborate with skilled labor and production teams to meet project deadlines Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Participate in continuous improvement, 5 S, and lean manufacturing initiatives Required Skills MIG welding TIG welding Stick welding (SMAW) Blueprint and welding symbol reading Metal fabrication and fitting Use of grinders, cutters, and welding fixtures Weld inspection and quality control Basic math and measurement Equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance Knowledge of welding safety standards and PPE
