We are looking for that crusty grumpy pissed off old welder with 20+ years of experience. The kind of person who can build and repair anything in the metal business. We primairly work with aluminum most days but still do the occiational steel project. 99.5% shop work. The mobile welding truck left the property 3 times in the last year. Our shop has fairly modern equipment including a 500 ton press brake. All miller welding equipment. Part of the shop is air conditioned.

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL JOB.

We are looking for at least 5 years of TIG and push pull pulse MIG experience. Applicant will be doing the following work a combo of steel/aluminum fabrication, building aluminum truck bodies, truck up fitting, light hydraulic equipment work, 12 volt vehicle wiring, installing snow plows and deicing equipment during the fall and winter Requirements!!!!!!!! Ability to read a tape measure A brain between your ears Attention to detail Ready blue prints and build to them. Ability to problem solve, design and build. Clean driving record A minimum of a d1.1 structural cert. Press Brake experience Pass Drug test DOT phyiscial card Must have own welding hood, basic mechanic hand tools and toolbox Addition helpful experience we also are looking for.

• Heavy truck repair experience
• Press brake, lathe, milling machine, ironworker, bandsaw operating experience
• Sandblasting experience
• Paint work experience
• Any current welding certs will increase your pay rate offer
• EMT, first aid training, etc.
• Forklift experience We work (Tues-Fri) four
• 10 hour days summer time 8 AM to 6:30 PM
• 40 hour position
• over time offered weekly if you ask for it.
