Job Description A Welder is responsible for completing the following duties: Reading and interpreting blueprint drawings and dimension styles Preparing weld surfaces as required Setting up correct welder settings Welding according to appropriate codes and procedures Following safe operating procedures for overhead cranes and forklifts Other duties as assigned Employee Benefits Weekly paycheck Boot reimbursements up to $125 Medical insurance - Covers 75% of premiums Dental and vision insurance Company paid life insurance 401K retirement account with 5% company match On the spot bonuses up to $100 Qualifications Ability to read blue prints Willing to train the right person
