Legend Manufacturing Inc, a family-owned trailer manufacturer in Bronson, MI, is seeking a skilled Welder to join our close-knit team. In this on-site role, you will weld aluminum and steel components for enclosed, cargo, sport, and commercial trailers, ensuring strength, accuracy, and a high-quality finish. Responsibilities include MIG/TIG welding, reading blueprints, setting up fixtures, and inspecting welds to meet durability and safety standards. You'll work in a hands-on, collaborative environment focused on craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and building reliable, long-lasting products for customers across North America. Responsibilities Perform MIG/TIG welding on aluminum and steel trailer components to meet quality and safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders to complete jobs accurately. Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment, fixtures, and tools safely and efficiently. Inspect welds for defects, perform necessary rework, and document quality checks as required. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and continuous improvement goals. Follow all plant safety rules, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards in the welding area. Assist with fitting, layout, grinding, and finishing of welded assemblies as needed.
