Job Description

Have a love of welding? Do you enjoy learning? Dresco might be a fit for you! We're looking for a skilled and experienced Welder to join our growing team. Hours are first shift- 7:00AM-5:30PM Monday thru Thursday with overtime offered (not mandatory) on Fridays. Starting pay is $17+ based on experience.
The benefits we offer are:

As a Welder, you will be asked to weld various types of metals (steel, aluminum, etc.) using multiple methods (MIG and TIG). Current welding certifications are preferred but not required. A skill test for job consideration is required. Willingness to operate a fork truck and become fork truck certified to move parts. Requirements:
Welding certifications preferred but not required A skill test to show your abilities Mechanically inclined and willingness to learn At least one year of welding experience Previous work in the manufacturing industry Values precision and enforces quality standards Ability to communicate effectively and ask questions when needed Ability to read blueprints Utilize a variety of measuring tools such as calipers, tape measure, protractor, etc. Familiarity with temperatures and adjusting welding equipment Must be focused and pay attention to detail Must be able to lift-up to 50 pounds Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Please send resume's to: aubryb@drescomachining.com
