Job Description
Welder - Bridgman Area Manufacturing & Fabrication | Multiple Shifts | Weekly Pay We are hiring experienced Welders for a growing manufacturing facility in the Bridgman area! If you have welding or fabrication experience and are looking for steady work with long-term potential, we want to hear from you. Job Responsibilities Weld steel and/or aluminum components Perform MIG, TIG, stick, or other welding processes based on experience Read and follow blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Set up and adjust welding equipment Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy Grind, clean, and finish welded parts Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Assist with fabrication and assembly duties as needed Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Previous welding experience required Experience with MIG, TIG, stick, or fabrication welding considered Blueprint-reading experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment Availability to work day shift What We Offer Weekly pay Health insurance Long-term opportunity with growth potential Access to additional skilled-trades opportunities Support from a local staffing team Apply today!
