High school diploma or GED. One year of welding experience, including Mig, Tig and spot welding. Ability to obtain a Hilo license. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to read, understand and work from blueprints, sketches, procedures and other specifications.
