Job Description

We are currently seeking applicants to fill a position as a Welder/Fabricator This position is long term and full time. Applicants must be self-motivated, have integrity, professionalism, excellent time-management skills and the ability to problem solve independently are required for this position. Applicants must have excellent skills with oxygen and acetylene torch and have MIG welding experience, use of plasma cutter. mechanical aptitude, basic knowledge and experience with hand tools. All applicants will be required to complete skills for employment. We are a small family business. We have been selling, installing and servicing commercial recycling equipment for nearly 20 years.
Welder/Fabricator Requirements:
Excellent skills with oxygen and acetylene torch 2 years MIG welding experience Material handling Working with a wide variety of steel stock including bar, round, flat, angles, and channel Excellent measuring skills Basic math skills Able to lift up to 75lbs as needed Safety conscious Willingness to cross train Team player Blueprint reading a plus but not required Competitive pay will be based on experience. Work Remotely No Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and project requirements. Utilize hand and power tools for fabrication and welding tasks, ensuring precision and quality. Perform MIG welding and plasma cutting on various materials while adhering to safety standards. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency. Handle materials and equipment responsibly, ensuring proper maintenance and care. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
