Job Summary We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our dynamic fabrication team in Holly & Flint, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality metal welding using Metal Inert Gas (MIG) techniques to assemble and fabricate various metal components. $19.65/hour Weekly Attendance Bonus $1.50 Job Responsibilities Perform continuous MIG welding on metal components and assemblies. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and sample parts. Fabricate, fit, and weld metal components according to specifications. Operate welding equipment and troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Use jigs, fixtures, and measuring tools to properly position and fit parts. Grind, clean, and remove debris from completed weldments. Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and production standards are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines. Meet production and quality goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications Previous welding experience preferred. Recent welding school graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. MIG welding experience or formal MIG welding training. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings is a plus. Familiarity with welding tools, grinders, fixtures, and fabrication equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and develop welding skills in a production environment. Work Environment Manufacturing and production shop environment. Work areas may be dirty, dusty, smoky, and noisy. Fast-paced, high-production environment with production deadlines. Mandatory and voluntary overtime may be required based on production needs. Candidates must be comfortable working in a demanding production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards
Pay:
