Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our growing fabrication team. This role focuses on precision stainless steel welding, structural fabrication, and maintaining tight tolerances while assembling and welding frames and components. This also includes Mig welding carbon steel/aluminum. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing clean TIG and MIG welds, understands fabrication layout and fit-up, and can consistently hold frames square and within specification throughout the build process. Responsibilities Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel components and assemblies Fabricate stainless frames, fixtures, and welded assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication prints Fit, tack, and weld parts while maintaining dimensional accuracy Hold large frames square, level, and true during assembly and welding Use measuring tools including tape measures, squares, calipers, and levels Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, and material handling equipment Inspect weld quality and ensure finished products meet specifications Work closely with shop leadership and production teams to meet deadlines Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications 3+ years TIG and MIG welding experience, preferably on stainless steel Strong fabrication and layout skills Experience welding heavy stainless assemblies and structural frames Ability to hold tight tolerances and maintain squareness during fabrication Ability to read fabrication drawings and weld symbols Experience with fixtures, clamps, and frame setup techniques Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to lift materials and work in a fabrication shop environment
