$18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)Now Hiring:
Welder / Fabricator Personnel World is seeking skilled Welders/Fabricators for a family-owned client in Mason that specializes in custom builds, repairs, and tear-outs. This is a hands-on role working on a variety of projects each week — not a production line environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to meet high quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding (approximately 90%), as well as TIG, stick welding, brazing, and freehand welding in various positions
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and verbal instructions
- De-bur, clean, and inspect your own and others' welds
- Safely operate saws, grinders, drills, flame-cutting equipment, and other power tools
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace and properly care for tools and equipment
- Assist with general fabrication tasks as needed
- Lift up to 50 lbs and wear required PPE Qualifications
- Willing and able to work 40-50 hours per week
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/32"
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (chauffeur license a plus)
- Welding certifications preferred
- Trailer fabrication experience preferred
- College or vocational training in welding or fabrication preferred
- Previous manufacturing, construction, or industrial experience helpful but not required
- Strong work ethic; self-motivated and able to work independently or on a team Equipment Needed
- Steel-toe leather work boots
- Long jeans
- Welding hood (if available)
- Basic hand tools (tape measure, square, screwdrivers, wrenches, clamps, hammers, etc.) Schedule

7:00 AM - 5:00 PMSaturday:
