Pay is determined by experience, ability to read blueprints and fabricating capabilities. Pay can be negotiable. About us We are a small family owned fab shop. Our goal is to work together to continue to provide a quality product for our customers.. We are seeking a Fabricator / Fitter to become an integral part of our team! Fitters must be familiar with drawings/blue prints and have experience fabricating/fitting things like tanks, platforms, stairs ect to be able to fill this position. Pay is weekly with an opportunity to take advantage of the direct deposit option. Typically a 40 hour work week with occasional mandatory Saturdays when needed. Anything over 40 hours is time and a half. Shop hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm. Pay is determined by experience and capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to understand and be familiar with blueprints Assemble/Fit up fabrications, weldments, machines ect to drawing dimensions. Helping others fit up work, teamwork on certain projects. Welding (MIG) Be able to use fabricating equipment (torch, plasma, band saw, drill/tap ect) Must be willing to work overtime as needed and production deems necessary. Steel Toe boots and safety glasses are required

Qualifications:

Previous experience in fabrication/fitting, welding, manufacturing, machine building. Must be able to fabricate/fit items such as tanks, platforms, stairs ect. Familiarity with welding tools and procedures Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics Ability to handle physical workload
