```Job Overview``` We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding operations using MIG welding equipment to fabricate and assemble automotive racks. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. ```Duties```

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding requirements
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques
• Operate MIG welding equipment to weld metal components together
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality assurance
• Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment ```Requirements```
• Proven experience as a MIG Welder
• Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG welding
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use calipers and other measuring tools
• Familiarity with machining processes and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Experience with plasma cutting is a plus
• Ability to build, weld, and fabricate metal structures according to specifications
• Knowledge of crane operation for lifting heavy materials
