We're looking for skilled Solderers and Inspectors to join a growing electronics manufacturing team in Rochester Hills. This is a great opportunity for candidates with SMT, through-hole soldering, or inspection experience looking for long-term stability and competitive pay.

What You'll Be Doing:

Performing through-hole (PTH) and surface mount (SMT) soldering Inspecting PCBs and assemblies to IPC standards Reworking and touching up solder connections including fine pitch components Working under microscopes and magnification equipment Reading work instructions, visual aids, and production documents Identifying defects and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

Electronics soldering or inspection experience Experience with

IPC-A-610

standards preferred Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity Ability to work with small components and magnification equipment SMT experience and certifications are a huge plus Why Apply?
