Job Summary Riveer is seeking a skilled TIG Welder / Fabricator who will be responsible for fabricating custom water processing, wash water, and environmentally compliant systems used in commercial, industrial, and governmental applications. This position requires the ability to read prints, fit and fabricate components, and produce clean, consistent TIG welds on stainless steel. This is a full-time position, paid weekly. Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components and assemblies Fabricate parts and assemblies from Drawboard prints Fit, align, and assemble components prior to welding Inspect welds for quality Operate forklift as necessary Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate with supervisor regarding project progress Follow safety procedures and proper PPE requirements Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 3 years of TIG welding experience Experience welding stainless steel Ability to read and interpret prints Ability to measure accurately using a tape measure Experience fitting and fabricating components Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to consistently show up to work at the start of the scheduled workday Physical Demands Frequent standing, bending, twisting, and lifting Regular lifting up to 50 pounds; occasional lifting up to 75 pounds with assistance Reasonable accommodations may be made to individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Work Environment Work performed in manufacturing environment where PPE is required Moderate to loud noise level Exposure to hot and cold temperatures What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance, Riveer pays 75% of premium Simple IRA with company match Paid time off and holidays Free lunch provided every Thursday Weekly pay This job description contains information about the key responsibilities of this position.
