Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will help us produce high-quality products that meet strict industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of materials and advanced fabrication techniques in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and safety. Responsibilities Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and welding processes. Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and <

> welding techniques to join metal components accurately. Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment. Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely for material handling and assembly tasks on manufacturing floors. Measure materials precisely using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure proper fit and adherence to specifications. Apply mechanical knowledge for pipe threading, machining, and fabrication of complex metal structures. Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment while meeting quality standards. Requirements Proven manufacturing background involving metal fabrication. Proficiency in
MIG, TIG, FCAW
welding techniques. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment. Strong understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in schematics and blueprint reading for complex projects.
