Job Title:
Welder Job Description Join a production team that assembles structural components for commercial water treatment and filtration units in a clean, light industrial manufacturing environment. You will use hand and power tools, follow schematics and blueprints, and contribute directly to the build quality and reliability of advanced water filtration systems. Responsibilities Assemble structural plates and components for commercial water filtration units according to schematics and blueprints. Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints to perform accurate assembly tasks. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to cut, fit, fasten, and finish components. Perform MIG welding on structural plates and assemblies as required by production specifications. Inspect parts and assemblies for quality, alignment, and completeness throughout the build process. Follow established production processes and work instructions to meet output and quality targets. Maintain a clean and organized work area in a clean manufacturing facility. Collaborate with other team members and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and on-time completion of projects. Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment when operating tools and welding equipment. Work assigned shifts, including day or night shifts, and adapt to production needs as required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Walker, LA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
