Responsibilities Interpret and read blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Utilize power tools and hand tools to fabricate metal components according to design specifications. Perform welding tasks using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Conduct plasma cutting and machining as needed for precise metal shaping. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in fabrication processes. Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, plasma cutting equipment, and machining techniques. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Ability to work effectively in a construction site environment, adapting to varying conditions. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
