Welder/Fabricator Job Summary We currently have an opening for a highly-skilled welder. This position will require the candidate to complete a variety of products that range in complexity. The candidate will have daily responsibilities that include: reviewing specifications and shop drawings, laying out metal components, welding together metal components, operating different machinery, and various other fabrication duties. With this position, we are also looking for a candidate that is willing to expand their knowledge to other aspects of the shop. This will include operating our CNC plasma table, CNC band saw, CNC brake press, and other areas of the shop. Welder Duties and Responsibilities

• Read shop drawings to interpret the scope of the project and individual responsibilities for current project.
• Operate appropriate machinery such as; welder, forklift, hand plasma, grinder, etc
• Be able to perform quality control checks such as; dimensional and welds
• Maintain proper equipment by conducting daily, weekly, and monthly inspections, as well as ongoing preventative maintenance. Welder Requirements and Qualifications

Required:

o High school Diploma or Equivalent o 3-5 years of welding experience o Working Knowledge of industry tools and equipment o Able to read shop drawings
