Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Welding certificate, technical training, or equivalent experience preferred Experience Requirements Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications Experience using measuring instruments and inspection tools Basic shop math skills including fractions, metric measurements, and positive/negative numbers Computer experience and ability to learn ERP and company software systems Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts and overhead cranes Valid driver's license required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Job Duties Perform MIG and/or TIG welding, cutting, grinding, and finishing operations Inspect weldments and verify materials are positioned according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy Move materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, welding tables, and approved equipment Accurately record production and inventory transactions within the ERP system Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and report concerns promptly Assist with training and mentoring team members when needed Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity Meet production deadlines and customer expectations Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for up to 100% of the shift Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb as needed Ability to work beneath equipment, in confined spaces, and on elevated structures Ability to safely operate welding equipment, forklifts, and overhead cranes Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
