Q Manufacturing is a growing custom metal fabrication company specializing in precision laser cutting, CNC forming, robotic welding, welding, and assembly. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in manufacturing and learn valuable fabrication skills. Position Summary This is an entry-level position for someone interested in welding and metal fabrication. Previous professional welding experience is not required. We will train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and positive attitude. Applicants must be willing to work either 1st or 2nd shift based on company needs. Responsibilities Learn MIG welding and fabrication techniques Operate hand tools and fabrication equipment Assist with assembly and production of fabricated components Read basic drawings and work instructions Maintain quality standards and inspect completed work Keep work areas clean and organized Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to read a tape measure accurately Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Dependable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Previous welding classes or shop experience are a plus but not required What We Offer On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Exposure to laser cutting, press brake forming, robotic welding, and fabrication Stable, full-time employment Competitive pay based on experience
