Key Responsibilities:

Experience with operating a lathe and lime boring machine or the ability to learn Perform welding and fabrication tasks using MIG and Stick welding techniques Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Assemble and fit metal parts together accurately Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools safely Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets industry standards and customer specifications Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time Adhere to all safety regulations and policies

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a welder (2+ years preferred) Certification in welding (MIG, Stick) is a plus Strong understanding of welding techniques and related tools Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication abilities and teamwork skills Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
