Inc. is a private, family owned business that was incorporated in 1977. As a non-union welding and fabrication shop, we focus on construction, structural steel and miscellaneous metal based work throughout the Twin Cities and greater Midwest. Passion- Help our customers craft, create, build, and overcome challenges as a Midwest based metal fabricator. Niche- Supplying & installing miscellaneous metals, structural steel, prefinished aluminum railing, and tailored projects for the construction industry.

Requirements Must:

Be able to work both on a team and independently Communicate effectively and have the ability to adapt to changing organizational needs Proficiently read and work from blueprints Have the ability to weld galvanized and stainless steel (not a priority but beneficial) Keep up in a fast-paced production welding environment while maintaining high quality work Maintain a good attendance record, keep a positive attitude and work in a safe and productive manner Be able to lift or move 50lbs Other Requirements Must have: 2+ years structural steel & misc. metals fabrication/construction experience A reliable method of transportation The allowance to work 40-50 hours a week
