3:00 PM•1:00 AM Join a Leading Manufacturing Team! Adecco is currently hiring Spot Welders for a premier manufacturing facility in Golden Valley, MN. If you have experience working with metal fabrication, welding equipment, or manufacturing processes and are looking for a stable full-time opportunity with a 4-day workweek, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Operate spot welding and resistance welding equipment safely and efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Position, align, and secure metal components prior to welding. Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. Perform grinding, deburring, and finishing work as needed. Complete routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns. Maintain production goals while following all safety procedures. Keep work areas clean and organized. Qualifications Previous spot welding, welding, or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read measuring devices and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What's in It for You?

Pay Details:
