Core responsibilities Perform your own setups using part prints and job specifications. Assemble components with precision and efficiency. Inspect work to confirm it meets prints/specifications; correct issues proactively. Required capabilities Blueprint comprehension and accurate measurement with tape measures and calipers. Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and basic computer proficiency. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and resolve problems on the spot. Equipment you'll operate Forklifts. Hand tools, press brake, band saw, grinder, and plasma cutter. Physical requirements Lift and move 50-75 lbs. Stand or work in physically demanding positions for extended periods.
