We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding on metal components and assemblies using various welding processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently during off-shift hours. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings Set up and operate welding equipment, including fixturing and positioning of parts Weld in flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions as required Inspect and test welds for quality and structural integrity Grind, clean, and finish welded assemblies to specified standards Maintain welding equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA guidelines Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining quality standards

Pay:

$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
