What you'll do Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components to spec Rig and move heavy materials using forklifts and overhead cranes Run quality inspections to make sure finished products meet standard Keep your work area clean and organized What we're looking for Some hands-on experience as a welder/fabricator (or a strong willingness to learn — we will train the right person ) Ability to read basic schematics and technical drawings Working knowledge of welding techniques and equipment Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Basic mechanical sense for troubleshooting and small repairs Sharp attention to detail and precision Solid problem-solver who works well solo or on a team What you get On-the-job training and room to grow A casual, no-nonsense shop with a good crew Steady work at a place that values loyalty and treats people right If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
