Key Duties Execute welding tasks on copper parts by utilizing a variety of specialized methods. Analyze technical diagrams and blueprints to identify the necessary welding specifications for each job. Verify the quality of finished work by performing thorough inspections to confirm structural integrity. Operate and maintain your welding gear to ensure optimal performance and safety. Work alongside colleagues to help the team achieve production goals and hit project milestones. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established safety guidelines. Keep your workstation tidy and notify management if any equipment requires maintenance. Requirements Demonstrated professional background in welding, with a specific focus on copper. Possession of welding certifications like AWS or ASME is considered a plus. Comprehensive knowledge of various welding procedures, such as TIG and MIG. Proficiency in interpreting complex technical drawings and project documentation. Strong focus on precision to ensure the delivery of high-quality results. Ability to solve technical challenges effectively while working solo or in a collaborative group. Physical capability to manage heavy equipment and materials throughout the workday.
