Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and production specifications. Operate hand and power tools, including plasma cutters, band saws, drills, gas torches, MIG/TIG welders, spot welders, grinders, and impact tools. Set up materials and equipment to complete brazing and welding assignments efficiently. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and engineering specifications. Maintain welding and brazing equipment, tools, and work areas in a safe and organized condition. Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards. Work with team members to meet production schedules and maintain consistent product quality. Assist with process improvements and changes to manufacturing methods and procedures.
