Perform precision MIG and TIG welding on thin-gauge steel, aluminum, and stainless steel materials

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications

Maintain high quality and output standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Collaborate effectively with team members and adhere to shop floor safety rules Requirements of the MIG and TIG welder:

Hands-on MIG and TIG welding experience on thin-gauge steel, aluminum, and stainless steel

Proficient in reading blueprints and passing a hands-on weld test

Possess steel-toed boots and the physical ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Strong attendance record and team-oriented work ethic

Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings
