• Welder/Fabricator
• to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work on custom heavy-duty trucks and tractors, using your welding and fabrication expertise to build high-quality equipment that performs in the field every day. • What You'll Do
• + Perform
• heavy-gauge MIG welding
• and fabrication on heavy-duty trucks and tractor components.

+ Read and work from hand drawings and shop instructions. + Use fabrication equipment to cut, fit, and prepare materials. + Operate plasma cutters, drills, and other shop tools. + Inspect welds and finished assemblies to ensure quality and durability standards are met. + Collaborate with a team focused on producing custom, high-quality equipment.

• What We're Looking For
• Required Qualifications
• + At least
• 2 years of heavy steel welding experience
• . + Strong experience with
• heavy-gauge MIG welding
• using wire-feed systems. + Experience operating a
• plasma torch
• . + Experience using an
• acetylene torch
• . + Ability to work independently and produce quality welds with minimal supervision.
• Preferred Qualifications
• + Experience working on
• custom trucks or heavy equipment
• . + Exposure to
• hydraulic systems
• . + Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools. + Fabrication experience beyond welding is a plus.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
