What You'll Do as a
Welder:
Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications to understand product requirementsSet up and weld aluminum components using MIG, TIG, and other welding processes as neededInspect finished welds using measuring and inspection equipment to ensure quality standards are metGrind, de-bur, and finish components to achieve required surface specificationsPerform basic equipment repairs and preventive maintenance as neededMaintain a clean, organized workspace while following safety procedures and 5S principlesLoad and unload materials and shipments using appropriate equipment when requiredWhat You Need to Bring to the
Welder Role:
