Experience Requirements 3-5 years of aluminum TIG and MIG welding experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience using measuring and inspection tools to verify quality standards Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment maintenance Job Duties Perform TIG, MIG, and other welding processes based on project requirements Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications Set up materials and components for welding projects Inspect finished welds and products to ensure quality standards are met Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications Debur, grind, and finish welded components as needed Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs Load and unload materials for shipping and receiving activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift. Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment. Ability to safely work around welding equipment, sparks, heat, and fabrication machinery while following established safety procedures.
