Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to produce high-quality custom metal components in a precision sheet metal environment. This role will interpret blueprints, set up and operate MIG welding equipment, perform layout and fabrication, and inspect finished work to meet tight tolerances and quality standards. The senior welder will mentor junior team members, follow strict safety procedures, and support continuous improvement in processes, productivity, and workmanship on the production floor. Responsibilities Perform advanced MIG welding and fabrication on custom metal components to specification. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to plan welds and fabrication steps. Set up, operate, and maintain welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect welds and finished parts, ensuring adherence to quality and tolerance requirements. Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve fabrication issues. Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work area. Mentor and support junior welders and fabricators on best practices. Participate in continuous improvement efforts for processes and productivity.
