We're searching for a skilled, reliable, and safety‑minded Welder to help us build high‑quality steel and galvanized products that power our customers' success. 🛠️ What You'll Do Bring your welding expertise to life by: Setting up and operating welders to hand‑weld steel and galvanized materials safely and efficiently Adjusting welding equipment to maintain quality and reduce smoke/splatter Producing clean, strong welds with minimal rejects Reading and interpreting blueprints, symbols, measurements, and specifications Building products with and without fixtures using weld tables, clamps, gauges, and more Communicating professionally with supervisors and team members Maintaining a safe environment and following all PPE/JHA requirements Taking on additional duties as needed ⭐ Essential Skills MIG welding experience Ability to weld Galvanized steel, Carbon steel, and Stainless steel Ability to read tape measures (fractions & decimals) Strong blueprint reading skills Basic math for dimensions and layouts ➕ Preferred Skills Previous manufacturing experience (a plus!) 💼 Why You'll Love Working Here We offer benefits that truly support your life and your future: Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance (75% company‑paid!)
