If you're confident behind a welding hood, can read blueprints, and take pride in producing strong, accurate welds, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Perform high-quality welds according to blueprints and specifications Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding plans Fit and position metal components for welding Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality Maintain consistent weld quality throughout production Follow shop procedures and all safety requirements Keep your work area clean and organized ✅ What We're Looking For Previous welding experience required Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail Commitment to quality and safety Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively in a fabrication/shop environment Candidates must successfully complete a hands-on welding skills assessment What You'll Need Candidates must provide their own: Welding hood Steel-toe boots Welding jackets and sleeves will be provided.
