$21-$24/hour EnSight Solutions is seeking Class B TIG Welders with stainless steel experience to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of TIG welding experience who is looking to build a long-term career and develop advanced fabrication skills. What You'll Do Perform TIG and basic MIG welding on stainless steel components Read blueprints and layout parts for fabrication Fabricate and weld small parts for equipment Grind and deburr materials to meet quality standards Inspect parts and maintain quality throughout production Maintain tools and a clean, organized workspace Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE Assist with forklift operation (training provided) What You Bring 1+ year TIG welding experience (stainless preferred) Basic MIG welding knowledge or willingness to learn Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Experience with hand and power tools Strong attendance and work history Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shift Commitment to safety and continuous improvement Why EnSight Solutions 4-day work week with overtime potential Clear path for advancement (minimum 90 days per level with skills progression) Hands-on training and skill development Team-focused, safety-first environment
