Job Title:

Welder/Fabricator Job Description We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to work on customized projects for high-profile clients such as NASA and Boeing, as well as government-funded work. The role involves fabricating and welding industrial work platforms, mezzanines, and ladder platforms. Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel customized platforms, mezzanines, ladders, stairs, and steps. Weld materials ranging from 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch thickness. Fabricate parts according to blueprints and drawings, ensuring all orders are custom. Use equipment to clean, prepare, cut, burn, and weld pieces, setting up and measuring assemblies. Verify welding results by inspecting and testing welds. Essential Skills Minimum of 3 years MIG/TIG welding experience. Minimum of 2 years experience in MIG/TIG welding on aluminum. Ability to perform vertical and horizontal welds. Ability to read blueprints and drawings for customized products. Experience in examining welds for bead size and other specifications. Additional Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in welding and fabrication. Experience in aerospace and aluminum welding. Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques. Why Work Here? Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
