$18.50 - $25.00 per hour Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Flux/Solid Core Welder or Fitter to join our busy and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. MIG, FCAW

welding on various materials, including steel, sheet metal, and pipe. The ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and ASME codes & standards to meet project requirements. Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery such as press brakes and plasma cutters. Assemble components to specification using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Must be a team player. Experience & Qualifications Must be a Team Player 2 years of experience as a Fitter and MIG Welder (required). Proficiency in MIG, TIG, FCAW, welding. Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication processes. Experience in construction site environments is preferred but not required. Experience with ductwork assembly and pipe threading is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations and the ability to read a ruler a must. Familiarity with machining, soldering, and operating power tools is beneficial. Welding certification preferred.
