Pipe Welder Pay:
$30.00 per hourExperience Required:

Required Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Pipe Welder with a minimum of 3 years of shipyard experience. Candidates must have hands-on copper nickel (CuNi) welding experience and be able to successfully complete all required welding tests, including the copper nickel test. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and weld pipe and fittings for various material types according to construction drawings and technical guidance documents. Perform pipe welding using SMAW, FCAW, and TIG processes as required. Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper nickel pipe. Read and interpret construction drawings and technical guidance documents. Perform welding tasks with a high level of precision and attention to detail. Follow all applicable safety protocols and practices in a shipyard welding environment. Identify and resolve welding-related issues. Work independently and effectively as part of a team. Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of shipyard pipe welding experience- required. Previous copper nickel (CuNi) pipe welding experience
- required. Must be proficient in pipe welding processes and techniques. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical guidance documents. Strong attention to detail and weld quality. Good problem-solving skills. Knowledge of shipyard welding safety practices. Must successfully pass all required welding tests, including copper nickel.
