Duties:
  • Move components into place using jib boom, crane, conveyors, or manual lifting
  • Read and interpret blueprints to lay out, position, and align parts
  • Tack weld and clamp components in preparation for welding
  • Efficiently perform wire-feed welding on steel components
  • Ensure measurement accuracy and consistent weld quality
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance
  • Keep a clean, organized workspace
  • Maintain a strong safety mindset and prioritize safety in all work activities
  • Support Lean manufacturing and team-based improvements
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment welding test
  • Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator when welding stainless steel
  • Ability to rapidly and efficiently produce high-quality welded parts
  • Capable of reading blueprints and using measuring tools
  • Recent graduates accepted. Must have good attitude, basic welding skills, and willingness to learn.
  • Must be reliable and great attendance is a must
