Fabricator/Welder Bozeman, MT A growing luxury design and fabrication company in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Fabricator/Welder to join its creative and production team. This company specializes in crafting custom, high-end architectural elements including fireplaces, elevators, cabinetry, and metal installations for discerning residential and commercial clients. This role is responsible for producing high-quality welded parts while meeting safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with multiple welding processes, takes pride in craftsmanship, and works well in a team-driven environment.

Essential Functions and Duties:
Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core processes Fabricate metal parts and assemblies from blueprints and shop drawings Cut, fit, grind, and assemble components to precise specifications Work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, and accuracy Follow safety standards, maintain tools/equipment, and support production timelines Qualifications 2 to 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience Proficiency in multiple welding techniques and experience welding various metal types Welding certifications and experience in structural, custom fabrication, or industrial environments preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented with strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to pass background screenings Get in touch!
