Wage:

$18 to $25/hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. 3-DAY

WEEKENDS EVERY WEEK!

What You'll Do Perform or assist with TIG, MIG, oxy-acetylene, and orbital welding using shop tools and automated equipment Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, specifications, and established procedures Measure, cut, and prepare metal, tubing, and other materials for welded assemblies Fabricate, align, and assemble structural components and precision tubing based on experience level Inspect completed welds and assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following safety and contamination-control requirements What You'll Bring Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn and develop welding skills are encouraged to apply Intermediate candidates should have 2-4 years of welding experience Ability to follow established procedures and work effectively as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Ability to troubleshoot common issues and contribute to team goals Comfortable with extended standing, bending, reaching, and lifting High School Diploma or equivalent Why Consider This Opportunity? 4-day workweek with 3-day weekends Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to develop specialized welding and fabrication skills Hands-on training and support for entry-level candidates Work with advanced manufacturing technology Collaborative team environment Opportunity to build a long-term career with an innovative global organization Get in touch!
