Skilled TIG Welder Fabricators We're looking for experienced TIG Welder Fabricators to join our growing manufacturing team! If you have strong stainless steel and aluminum welding skills and a passion for precision fabrication, we want to hear from you.

If you're looking for a pipe welding position , this is not the right opportunity . This role is strictly for shop welding and fabrication work only .

What You'll Do:

Fabricate high-quality steel products—frames, plates, and brackets—according to spec Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Perform accurate fit-ups, metal cutting, and TIG welding Conduct weld tests to ensure quality and tolerance standards are met Ensure finished assemblies and tanks meet exact design specifications

What We're Looking For:

8+ years of TIG welding experience with thin-walled stainless steel and aluminum Expertise in stainless steel fabrication Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and shop prints Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Physically capable of handling shop work Must pass a TIG weld test on aluminum and stainless steel Clean background and drug screening required
