In Person Position Summary We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team in Concord, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on TIG welding experience, a current welding certification, and the ability to produce clean, precise, high-quality welds. Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on a variety of materials and components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications. Set up, operate, and adjust welding equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications. Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all company safety procedures, welding standards, and production requirements. Work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. Qualifications & Requirements Current/valid welding certification required. Previous TIG welding experience required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
