Job Description
We're looking for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have experience welding stainless steel and aluminum and take pride in producing high-quality work, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum components Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Set up and adjust welding equipment for various materials and thicknesses Fabricate, fit, and weld parts to customer specifications Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy Use measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, and squares Grind, clean, and finish welds as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety and quality procedures Qualifications 2+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment Strong experience welding stainless steel and aluminum is required Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings Experience using grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain tight tolerances Familiarity with measuring equipment and basic shop math Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
